United for Our Patients!
We, the caregivers at Citrus Valley Medical Center (CVMC), are united to form our union with SEIU United Healthcare Workers West (SEIU-UHW). We are Certified Nursing Assistants, Dietary Aides, Respiratory Care Practitioners, Lab Assistants, and Housekeepers. We work hard everyday to provide the best possible care for our patients at CVMC.

We are dedicated to improving staffing levels, equipment, and the quality of care we provide, which in turn will increase patient satisfaction. We are also committed to improving our wages and benefits so CVMC can recruit and retain the highest caliber of staff. Together, we can effectively contribute our knowledge and experience to create real solutions to improve both the quality of patient care and our futures.

That's why we're forming our union with SEIU UHW at Citrus Valley Medical Center. Over 140,000 California healthcare workers in hospitals like Catholic Healthcare West, Kaiser, Daughters of Charity, Tenet, City of Hope, and Valley Health Systems have a voice and the power to make their hospitals better places. The RNs at our hospital have a voice through their union—do we deserve less?
