As healthcare workers on the frontline of providing care, we know first-hand how to improve care for our patients. That's why leaders in our community are supporting us in our effort to have a voice in the decision-making process at CVMC.

    Let management know that they must agree to free and fair election guidelines so their employees can decide whether to form a union on the basis of facts, not fear.
